November 30,2007 – Ventech Solutions celebrated its most senior staff member , Kumaresh Babu Moola Subramaniam, as he completed his tenth year of service with the company. Speaking to the in-house staff at the celebration, Mr. Kumaresh remarked, “it was an unexpected surprise and the ten years has passed quickly. I never imagined that I would be at Ventech such a long time.”

Ventech CEO Ravi Kunduru later explained that Ventech’s success as a company depended on how successful his employees were, “Over 23% of our staff has 6 years of service and we have two employees who will be completing their 10th years with the company in 2008.”

November 2007 – Ventech Solutions receives an IT outsourcing contract from a prominent manufacturing software R&D company in Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Dan Rugg, Executive Vice President for Global Solutions, executed the contract and is confident that the client will be extremely satisfied with the outcome of this initiative. The contract will be executed at the Ventech Global Delivery Center in Chennai, India, also a CMMI M Level 5 Software company.


November 2007 –Using it’s proven 3O™ Outsourcing methodology, the Ventech Global Delivery Center(Chennai, India) was awarded a Remote System Network Management , Network Administration and Support and Database management service contract for a growing Transportation software research and development company located in Columbus, Ohio.

Sheela Kunduru, Director-Quality Assurance, who negotiated and executed the contract, expects Ventech’s 3O™ outsourcing methodology to save the client at least 35% in customer costs while enabling them to maintain delivery times and service quality.
