December 17, 2006 – Ventech Solutions introduced Srinivasu Pappula as its new president and head of R&D for its global delivery center in India. Mr. Pappula had been the Chief Operating Officer for Ventech Solutions since 2004. “Mr. Pappula’s appointment is a key strategic decision that will enable us to reach some our company’s key goals, including a 1000 employee R&D center and IPO during 2008. “We believe that Mr. Pappula has the right combination of strategic, technical and operational experience to excel in this new role,” said, Mr. Ravi Kunduru, Chairman & CEO, Ventech Solutions”.
December 7, 2006 Ventech Solutions has become the world’s 1st CMMI LEVEL 5 (v1.2) company.
“Achieving CMMI Maturity Level 5 certification has been a challenge to our company in both the US and India offices. We had a very interesting experience filled with a lot of excitement as well as surprises throughout the process. I am delighted that we could achieve this important strategic mile stone as planned. This distinction was possible only with the complete dedication and commitment of our staff who worked around the clock to reach this remarkable achievement,” said Ravi Kunduru, Chairman and CEO of Ventech Solutions.
Detailing the company’s growth and its future plans, Mr. Kunduru explained, “The company has been listed as an INC 500 company for the last two years with an average 3 year growth of 394 %. Our acquisition strategies were initiated at the beginning of this year and have been successful, with the first company fully integrated into Ventech Solutions as of September 30, 2006 adding $3.5 million to the corporate revenues. We will acquire two additional companies by March 2007, adding a possible $10 Million in revenue to the bottom line. Opening new offices in Washington DC, New York, London, Sydney and Dubai will also be a part of the company’s expansion plans.
Ventech Solutions will expand its India operations after moving into its new Global Delivery Center in the Siruseri IT Park, adding an estimated 1000 employees by 2008. The company will invest 10196018 US Dollars to develop its product and solutions dedicated center in Chennai and operations are expected to begin there by June 2007.
Ventech has been a key provider for global educational software solutions in India and the US. “ Our aim is to add 20 new partners, accounting for a revenue growth of 9303866 US Dollars in 2007 by deploying our educational services to at least 1000 institutions in India and USA”, said Mr. Kunduru. “By 2008 we would like to be one of the key players in India providing high quality educational products and tools while partnering with public sector organizations. Our focus is to have our solutions being used by at least 100,000 users by 2008.”
Ventech Solutions has demonstrated strong commitment and dedication in successfully acquiring CMMi maturity Level 5 capability. “During our 15 year service relationship, we have been delighted to work with Ventech.
