Successful Journey
1993 - The company was started as a Book Publishing company Balaji Publications out of a hut (where Ravi Kunduru was a paying guest student) nearby his college in Chennai (Potheri, India). The company successfully published Advance Microprocessor and Design II, a custom print of thousands of copies to cater the needs of Engineering students for the academic year.
March 13, 1995 - Soon after this success, Ravi founded Master Minds with the sole aim to create a world class global enterprise. Master Minds was a Desktop Publishing, Computer Sales and Support Company. The company had a record growth in its first year.
January 15, 1997 - Master Minds, Inc. was founded by Ravi and the company was operating from Ravi's apartment until October 1998. Master Minds had offices in Atlanta, Georgia, Columbus, Ohio and Sydney, Australia. Master Minds grew into a large business by 1997, moved into its first corporate offices from his apartment and celebrated record annual revenues of over $14 million.
June 1, 2001 - Ventech Solutions, Inc., the successor to Master Minds, was founded with its first headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The company was incorporated on January 31, 2002 with the same team, but with a greater vision for Ventech framed out with big aspirations focused on continuous profitable growth and prosperity to its employees.
August 2003 - Ventech Solutions India acquires its allotted space in SIPCOT IT Park, Chennai, India. The company plans to start construction in 2006 with a move in date by April 2008.
January 1, 2004 - Sheela Kunduru joins Ventech for our ISO 9001:2000 certification and CMMI M Level 5 assessment journey.
July 1, 2004 - Srinivasu Pappula, a senior development leader with Intel, joined Ventech as VP IT-Services to head the product R&D development and IT consulting activities.

March 13, 2005 - Ventech moves to a new 10,000 square foot corporate office in Columbus, Ohio and launches its Medical and Healthcare, Computer Graphics and Animation division in the US.

April 1, 2006 - Ventech acquires Trinity Technologies Inc., an Ohio based IT staffing company and integrates the business activity into Ventech Solutions.
December 7, 2006 - The company invested more than $3M for the SEI CMMI Maturity Level 5 assessment. Ventech Solutions USA and India successfully completes its SEI CMMI M Level 5 SCAMPI A appraisal. The appraisal was performed by Quality Systems Incorporated of the USA by its founder and lead appraiser Mr. Partha Ramachandran. Ventech Solutions was also recognized as the World’s 1ST SEI CMMI Maturity Level 5 Software Company (ver 1.2)
2006 Awards, Recognitions and Certifications - Inc. 500, Fast 50, Columbus Dispatch, Top 10 Asian Indian companies in USA, Top 50 Diversified company in Ohio.
September 2007 - Ventech receives its federal SBA 8(A) certification. The company becomes the only company in the USA with a CMMI M Level 5 certification and SBA 8(A).

February 2008 - Ventech hires Herb Jones as VP – IT Solutions. Herb brings more than 30 years of IT software management experience at various levels. He will be responsible to manage and lead client relationships for corporate and Federal customers.
March 2008 - Ventech hires Chris Stein as Practice Manager – IT Services. As the Practice Manager, Chris will be responsible for managing the IT Services division and the client relationships. Chris will also be responsible to manage and lead a team of dedicated senior technology recruiters and sales professionals at Ventech.
January 2009 - Ventech promotes Herb Jones as CEO North America and Ravi Kunduru as the Global CEO of Ventech with his primary focus on Ventech India.
October 2009 - Ventech inaugurates its Global Delivery Center in Chennai, India to support the needs of its clients globally. The center has a 450 employee capacity with a scalability of up to 1000 employees. The Global Delivery Center offers various services including Product Development, Independent Verification & Validation, Application Development & Maintenance, Custom Software Development and customer support for the clients in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
