Summary :
We are presently seeking a tenured IT Recruiter for US Staffing. Recruiters are responsible for recruiting top Information Technology professionals for our clients in the United States.
Roles & Resposibilites :
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the successful recruitment and placement of our IT Consultants. Responsible for the effective recruiting, training and overall follow-up of Ventech candidates and the creation of effective tools and processes needed to efficiently and profitably operate these business segments. Responsible for attending and participating in sales meetings, account reviews and related events as requested. Responsible for professional account administration including candidate information, submitting required reports in a timely manner, maintaining regular contact with key candidates and utilizing your best efforts in representing the company, products and services.
The assigned territory for 2011 is identified as North America. This position will be located in Chennai, India. Working from home is an option. Hours are Monday-Friday from 6.30 PM till 4.30 AM IST.
The Senior Recruiter shall fully devote his working hours and efforts to these responsibilities at Ventech and shall, at all times, remain subject to the supervision of the Practice Manager or other individuals as directed.
As a Technical Recruiter your responsibilities will also include: Recruiting, interviewing and placing IT professionals in contract and contract-to-hire positions with our clients. Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates. Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates. Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
Additional Qualifications: :
Qualifications should include self-confidence, perseverance, and a high sense of urgency. Documented track record of exceeding business objectives. Advanced interpersonal skills and closing expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of ambition and goal-orientation. Ability to thrive in a high energy, metrics-driven environment. Initiate contact with target candidates and develop relationships. Maintain consultant database. Develop recruiting strategies and recruitment plans. Perform follow-up and monitor consultant performance. Strong background recruiting IT Professionals. Proven results in professional recruiting methods. Minimum of 4yrs experience in recruiting. The ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of IT professionals.
Bachelors/Associate’s Degree preferred. A strong desire to succeed. Experience recruiting in IT staffing required. Technical background/knowledge preferred.
