Roles and Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive the CMMi initiative working with internal teams & external consulting firms to ensure successful Level 3, 4, 5 certifications in sequence. Level 3 certification by june 2012.
- Conduct process trainings to project teams, middle management and support groups
- Identify and prioritize areas of improvement and coordinate software process improvement (SPI) activities
- Schedule and conduct process audits to verify implementation and compliance
- Track and close Non Conformances raised in projects due to process audits
- Coordinate and participate in the external audits/assessments
- Prepare Quality road map (process improvement plan) for the company in line with business objectives
Mandatory Skills:
- Very strong experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Implementation of ISO and CMMi Version 1.2,1.3 for Level 3 at least.
